1.Let the margarine melt. Add milk, crumble in
the yeast, sugar, salt and slowly stir in the flour. Knead the dough until it
becomes nice and smooth. (if the dough is too runny just add more flour) Cover
the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 45
minutes.
2.Roll out the dough on a well-floured work surface. Spread the rolled out dough with margarine (room temperature). Mix the sugar and cinnamon together well and sprinkle over the dough. Roll up into a sausage from the short side and cut into slices approx. 4 cm thick. Place the pieces, cut side down, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover the dough with cling film and let it rise again for about 30 minutes. Then bake the cinnamon rolls in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes.
3.Mix the icing sugar with the milk and vanilla flavoring and spread over the cinnamon rolls. They taste best warm with a cup of hot chocolate
